Looking at this, it is just a PR stunt thinking that thats how Toyota operates but just take a look at a BMW plant in Germany and you see the all the blue collar and white collar workers intacting with each other while the car assembly line is in the background.
I work at the plant in Princeton Indiana. TMMI. I work in the paint shop and 70% of the shop is air conditioned. The other 30% is taken up by the ovens and it gets hot *** **** back there. Oh yeah and there are some real stupid fucking production group leaders and assistant managers. I don’t know who promotes these dumb fucks, but damn they need to get rid of some of them.

Toyota wants to preach to its employees about the company needing to save money and crap so they make us pay more for a benefits so they dont have to pay as much, but then they go and decide to plant 23,000 trees around our plant and build a visitors center so people can visit our plant? What the ****? Then we ask that a little patch of gravel be paved so motorcycles dont wreck and they say they dont have the budget to pave a 400 sq. ft section! ****!!
